The AI chatbot responses are generated based on patterns and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the chatbot's responses, and you agree not to hold Ivoney Pty Ltd liable for any inaccuracies, damages, or outcomes resulting from its use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ivoney Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service or any information provided by the AI chatbot.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not bring any legal action against Ivoney Pty Ltd or its officers, employees, or affiliates for any reason related to your use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivoney Pty Ltd from any claims, liabilities, or expenses.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining your account, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Invoicing and financial records: Retained for up to 7 years after creation, as required by Australian tax and accounting record-keeping laws.
• Uploaded files and images: Retained for as long as they are associated with an active account or project, unless you delete them or request account deletion.

When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete My Account" option in the app (Settings > Delete My Account), or
• Emailing us at developer@ivoney.com with your account details.

When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and your personal information is permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain data for longer, such as invoicing and financial records that we must keep to meet our legal and tax obligations (see Section 8 above). Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
